Keith Ferrazzi is an American entrepreneur and recognized global thought leader in the relational and collaborative sciences.

Keith was born and grew up in Pennsylvania. He attended Yale University and Harvard Business School.

After graduating from Harvard Business School, Keith joined the management consulting firm Deloitte as an entry-level analyst and rose to become the company’s CMO.

Keith was hired by Starwood Hotels to be their CMO and became the youngest CMO in the Fortune 500 at the age of 32. 

In 2000, Keith left Starwood Hotels to found YaYa Media, an entertainment and marketing company that soon sold to investment company American Vantage in 2003.

After leaving YaYa Media, Keith founded the Ferrazzi Greenlight, a Los Angeles, California-based research and consulting firm. He works to identify behaviors that block global organizations from reaching their goals and to transform them by coaching new behaviors that increase growth and shareholder value.
